Join Michele for 75 minutes of healing sound immersion and tea. This year marks the 54th anniversary of Earth Day, and now more than ever we are called to deepen our connection with the planet we call home.

This special Earth honoring sound immersion will include a meditation to help us connect with the resonance of Mother Earth. Harnessing the grounding, nurturing energy of the Earth to allow us to root firmly into our truth and grow from a solid foundation. Then you will be guided to relax, let go and release into the sound. Allowing the sound vibrations to clear and align your physical and energetic bodies. This experience is aimed at helping all feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Michele Theoharris is a LMT, EYRT-500 with 10 years of teaching experience specializing in hatha, restorative and gong Nidra. She is currently a student in the Shamanic Star Sound Certification course.
